Tiny meatballs and pasta simmered in chicken broth with spinach.

Ingredients

  • tiny meatballs
  • a little oil (olive oil)
  • cut up onion, if you want
  • 2 cartons of chicken broth
  • 1/2 box tiny pasta
  • frozen or can spinach
  • salt if needed

Steps

  1. Fry tiny meatballs in a little oil (olive oil) until brown.
  2. Add cut up onion if you want and sauté until soft.
  3. Add 2 cartons of chicken broth, bring to boil.
  4. Add 1/2 box tiny pasta, cook as directed until al dente.
  5. Add frozen or can spinach.
  6. Turn off and let sit 10 min or so.
  7. Add more chicken broth if needed, add salt if needed.
