Meatballs
from Chris's kitchen.
Mom's classic meatballs, fried then simmered in the sause.
Ingredients
- approx 1 1/2 lbs good ground meat
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teasp salt
- 1/4 cup parm cheese
- 1/4 teasp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup breadrumbs (Italian)
- 2 tablspoons dried parsley
Steps
- Mix well with CLEAN Hands and fry in a little bit of olive oil.
- Add to sause, and simmer for at least 1/2 hr or so.
A family staple — these go straight into the Sunday sause.
