Chicken Tenders/Cutlets
from Chris's kitchen.

Crispy breaded chicken tenders or cutlets fried in olive oil — or go the extra step for Chicken Parm.

Ingredients

  • boneless + skinless tenders or thin cutlets
  • olive oil
  • Italian breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teasp salt
  • garlic powder
  • Sause
  • mozzarella cheese

Steps

  1. Mix 2 eggs with 1/4 teasp salt + garlic powder.
  2. Dip chicken and coat in breadcrumbs, pressing firmly.
  3. Add to hot oil, brown approx 3 min or so, then flip and brown other side.
  4. Place on paper towel.
  5. If you want to make Chicken Parm, top with Sause + mozzarella cheese.
  6. Place on top rack of oven and broil till brown.
