Chicken Tenders/Cutlets
from Chris's kitchen.
Crispy breaded chicken tenders or cutlets fried in olive oil — or go the extra step for Chicken Parm.
Ingredients
- boneless + skinless tenders or thin cutlets
- olive oil
- Italian breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teasp salt
- garlic powder
- Sause
- mozzarella cheese
Steps
- Mix 2 eggs with 1/4 teasp salt + garlic powder.
- Dip chicken and coat in breadcrumbs, pressing firmly.
- Add to hot oil, brown approx 3 min or so, then flip and brown other side.
- Place on paper towel.
- If you want to make Chicken Parm, top with Sause + mozzarella cheese.
- Place on top rack of oven and broil till brown.
