Roasted Asparagus
Thin asparagus spears tossed with olive oil and roasted until tender, with optional Parmesan, garlic, and lemon.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch thin asparagus spears, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss asparagus with olive oil, then spread in a pan.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Roast 10–15 minutes, until tender and lightly browned (timing varies by thickness).
