Chris's meatloaf — a blend of beef, pork, and veal with parm and Italian breadcrumbs, topped with BBQ Sause and bacon strips.

main 425° for 45 min

Ingredients

  • approx 1 1/2 lbs meatloaf mix (1/3 hamburger, 1/3 ground pork, 1/3 ground veal)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teasp salt
  • 1/4 teasp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup parm cheese
  • 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • BBQ Sause
  • bacon strips

Steps

  1. Add 2 eggs, 1/2 teasp salt, 1/4 teasp garlic powder, 1/4 cup parm cheese, and 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs to meat.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Shape into oblong shape.
  4. Top with BBQ Sause + bacon strips.
  5. Preheat oven 425°, cook 45 min.
