Meatloaf
from Chris's kitchen.
Chris's meatloaf — a blend of beef, pork, and veal with parm and Italian breadcrumbs, topped with BBQ Sause and bacon strips.
Ingredients
- approx 1 1/2 lbs meatloaf mix (1/3 hamburger, 1/3 ground pork, 1/3 ground veal)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teasp salt
- 1/4 teasp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup parm cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- BBQ Sause
- bacon strips
Steps
- Add 2 eggs, 1/2 teasp salt, 1/4 teasp garlic powder, 1/4 cup parm cheese, and 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs to meat.
- Mix well.
- Shape into oblong shape.
- Top with BBQ Sause + bacon strips.
- Preheat oven 425°, cook 45 min.
