Garlic Knot Topping
A simple garlic-Parmesan oil for tossing warm baked garlic knots. Mostly cheese, generously seasoned—taste as you go and adjust to your liking.
Ingredients
- 2 cups vegetable oil (or corn oil for best flavor)
- 2 heaping tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 2 heaping teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Red pepper flakes, 1/2 teaspoon or more to taste
Steps
- Combine the oil, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Toss warm baked garlic knots in the mixture until coated.
