Ingredients

  • Portobello mushroom caps
  • Garlic, finely chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Manchego cheese, or cheddar

Steps

  1. Top each portobello mushroom cap with finely chopped garlic and a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle manchego cheese (or cheddar) over the garlic and oil.
  3. Roast at 400°F for 15–20 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is golden.
