Ingredients
- Portobello mushroom caps
- Garlic, finely chopped
- Olive oil
- Manchego cheese, or cheddar
Steps
- Top each portobello mushroom cap with finely chopped garlic and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Sprinkle manchego cheese (or cheddar) over the garlic and oil.
